Shipping within Germany

Delivery within Germany is free. Deliveries to German islands are excluded and are available on request only. Please contact us with your delivery address before ordering so that we can calculate the shipping costs. If you order without prior agreement, we reserve the right to cancel the order or charge additional shipping costs.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery: approximately 2 days for parcels and 5 days for freight deliveries. Please also check the delivery information on the product page.

How we deliver your order

We choose the appropriate shipping method based on the size and weight of your order. Standard and bulky parcels are delivered by parcel carriers such as DHL or DPD. Larger consignments are sent by freight carrier.

Freight delivery: phone number required

Please provide a phone number when ordering so that the freight carrier can contact you to arrange delivery.

Delivery to Austria

Parcel delivery to Austria costs a flat rate of €12.00. For freight deliveries, please contact us for an individual quote.
